Job - Web3 Product / UI Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Web3 Product / UI Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences for blockchain-based products, including wallets, payment platforms, decentralized applications (dApps), and digital asset management tools.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to transform complex blockchain concepts into simple and accessible user experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong UI/UX design skills with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies and user behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct UX research and analyze user behavior to improve product usability.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Simplify complex blockchain concepts such as wallets, transactions, signatures, staking, and token management into accessible user experiences.
• Participate in product discovery, brainstorming sessions, and feature planning.
• Ensure consistency across all product touchpoints and platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, Web3 innovations, and user experience best practices.

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing Web3 products, crypto wallets, DeFi platforms, exchanges, or payment systems.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts including wallets, private keys, smart contracts, NFTs, and token standards.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, or React Native.
• Experience working in startup environments.
• Understanding of data visualization and financial product design.
