Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Next Vector account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time, and there is no charge for doing so.

Delete your account on the website

If you have a website account, sign in and open your account settings, then select Delete account and confirm with your password. Your account is anonymized and scheduled for deletion immediately.

Delete your account in the app

If you signed up through one of our applications, you can delete your account directly:

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the request.

Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately after you confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, or you signed up on the website, send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion".

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or irreversibly anonymize the personal data linked to it, including:

  • your profile information (name, email address, phone number);
  • account credentials;
  • content and preferences associated with your account;
  • support and communication history linked to your account.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where we are legally required to, or where we have an overriding legitimate need, such as:

  • records required for tax, accounting, or other legal obligations;
  • security and fraud-prevention logs, for a limited period;
  • data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Retained data is kept only for as long as required and is then securely deleted or anonymized.

Timing

Deletion requests are processed without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 days of a verified request, except for data we are permitted or required to retain as described above.
