Human Resources Specialist

Location: Remote / Flexible

We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage employee relations, recruitment, and overall talent acquisition. You will play a key role in ensuring that NextVector attracts top talent and fosters a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Oversee employee relations and performance management.
• Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Ukrainian.
